This role is suited to someone who has a strong offline and programmatic foundation and is expanding into broader media planning and activation. You’ll work closely with Senior Media Managers, Media Directors and Client Partners on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Planning & Activation
- Contribute to cross-channel media plans incorporating programmatic, display, video, audio, PMPs, OOH, radio, TV, and print.
- Work with senior leads to ensure all channels align with client objectives, audience strategies, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with offline and digital specialists to build cohesive campaign frameworks.
- Programmatic Campaign Management
- Lead the setup, building, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Quantcast.
- Manage trafficking, tags, QA, and reporting in tools such as Campaign Manager or ClearCast.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and develop strategic recommendations.
- Offline Media Coordination
- Support planning, forecasting, and scheduling of OOH, radio, TV, and print activity.
- Coordinate with external media owners, offline buying partners, or internal offline teams to ensure accurate delivery.
- Assist in evaluating offline performance where measurable, consolidating insights across all channels.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Monitor digital and offline media delivery, identifying issues early and ensuring corrective action.
- Extract insights from digital datasets and incorporate them into broader performance narratives.
- Present integrated campaign learnings and future recommendations to clients.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, performance updates, and strategic support.
- Present integrated plans and results confidently during meetings and calls.
- Manage partner relationships across DSPs, publishers, and offline vendors.
- Team Support & Operational Excellence
- Help guide junior team members on best practices and task execution.
- Maintain high standards across QA, budgeting, reconciliation, and deadline management.
- Support improvements to workflow and operational processes across channels.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience & Technical Capabilities
- Approximately 4–6 years’ experience across programmatic and broader media planning or buying.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Quantcast) and ad servers (Campaign Manager).
- Exposure to offline channels (OOH, radio, TV, print) for planning, buying support, or coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; confident analysing and interpreting data sets.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Strengths
- Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns and improve performance using data-driven insights.
- Capable of diagnosing issues across platforms and channels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational discipline.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and supporting strategic conversations.
- Confident managing client relationships in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience supporting junior colleagues.
- Organisation & Workstyle
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in English is a must and a second European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Scandinavian languages, etc.) is highly desirable due to the international nature of the accounts.
- Must have a valid permit to live and work in the UK.
