For our Digital & Media division, we are looking for a Media Manager to join our Media team in our London office during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising international Paid Media campaigns across Search and Social channels, working closely with Senior Media Managers and the Media Director. You will contribute both to day-to-day campaign excellence and to the onboarding and development of new client relationships, with a strong focus on performance and impact.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Planning, activating and delivering Paid Search (50%), Social (30%) and Programmatic (20%) campaigns aligned with client objectives
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results and driving continuous optimisation based on data and market insights
  • Contributing to strategic and creative planning, supporting integrated and cross-channel media strategies
  • Ensuring execution excellence through regular QA activities and close collaboration with internal teams
  • Client communication & expectation management, monthly reporting & quarterly business review contribution.

What you bring with you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Paid Media, with hands-on exposure to Paid Search and Social
  • Experience managing medium-to-large budgets and complex accounts, with a strong performance focus
  • Solid analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIF, VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively

Nice to have, not a must:

  • Experience coordinating or supporting junior team members
  • Experience in Luxury travel vertical
  • Exposure to Programmatic campaigns and international setups
  • Knowledge of a second European language (especially French or German)
  • Previous experience working in multi-market or international environments
