For our Digital & Media division, we are looking for an Integrated Media Manager to join our Media team in the London office during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of programmatic activation and offline media, managing integrated, end-to-end campaigns across programmatic platforms while coordinating traditional channels such as OOH, radio, TV and print. You will work closely with Senior Media Managers, Media Directors and Client Partners on international accounts, contributing to strategy definition and campaign delivery.
What you’ll be working on:
- Supporting the development of cross-channel media plans across programmatic, display, video, audio, PMPs, OOH, radio, TV and print
- Leading the setup, optimisation and day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns across major DSPs
- Coordinating offline media activities with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Monitoring performance across digital and offline channels and contributing to integrated insights and recommendations
What you bring with you:
- Around 4–6 years of experience across programmatic and broader media planning or buying
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Quantcast) and ad servers
- Exposure to offline media channels (OOH, radio, TV, print) in planning, buying support or coordination roles
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and performance data
- Nice to have, not a must: Experience guiding or supporting junior team members
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, client-ready insights
- A collaborative mindset and confidence presenting to clients
- A second European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Scandinavian languages)
