Position Overview:
Our Client is currently hiring for the position of Workplace Consultant, responsible for leading workplace strategy initiatives across the UK. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that optimize workplace experience, space utilization, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive workplace strategies aligned with client objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends in workplace design.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and translating them into actionable workplace solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client workplaces, gathering data on space utilization, employee workflows, and organizational dynamics.
- Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry research, market trends, and technological advancements to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of workplace projects.
- Change Management: Support clients in managing organizational change associated with workplace transformations, fostering employee buy-in and adoption of new ways of working.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of workplace strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Our Client as a subject matter expert in workplace strategy, contributing insights through thought leadership articles, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, interior design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading successful workplace strategy projects, from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in workplace assessment tools, space planning software, and project management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as LEED, WELL, or Change Management are a plus.
