Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Technical Designer with strong Revit capability to join their collaborative and design-led team. About the Role

As a Technical Designer, you will play a key role in the delivery of workplace projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with design, project, and client teams, you will lead the production of detailed technical packages, ensuring design intent is carried through to site with precision and compliance. You will be responsible for translating creative concepts into robust, buildable solutions, managing technical coordination, and maintaining high documentation standards across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Develop and coordinate construction information in line with UK Building Regulations and best practice
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and external consultant teams
  • Attend client and contractor meetings where required
  • Ensure technical compliance, buildability, and quality assurance across projects
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to studio-wide technical standards and processes

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Designer within the workplace or commercial interiors sector
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Experience delivering full technical packages across multiple RIBA stages
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to balance creative intent with technical precision
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
