We are working exclusively with a globally recognised design studio to find a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of their Directors. Based in beautifully designed Central London offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with one of the Directors, providing high-level administrative support and acting as a key point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a varied and fast-moving role requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Director
- Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, travel, and events
- Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the Director – both internally and externally
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation
- Assist with project tracking, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Support on presentation formatting, internal communications, and report preparation
- Liaise with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the Director's schedule and commitments
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure a high level of professionalism in all communications
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role, ideally within the creative or design industries
- Confident, adaptable, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Mac systems and design software (e.g., Adobe) is a plus
- Comfortable working full-time in a creative, office-based environment
