Senior Project Manager
(Commercial Interior Fit-Out)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple high-value commercial interior fit-out projects from conception to handover. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance delivery standards and processes, while directly contributing to the company’s growth and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
General Project Delivery:
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and project teams.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring snag-free delivery and adherence to deadlines, budgets, and standards.
- Manage site managers, contractors, and teams, with regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Handle pre-contract activities, including building surveys, tender submissions, budget creation, master programming, and health and safety compliance.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain exemplary site setup and ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements in collaboration with the Group Health & Safety Manager.
Pre-Contract & Financial Management:
- Produce pre-contract and construction programs, micro-programming schedules, and costings.
- Lead trade package tendering and negotiation, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Manage contract budgets, cash flows, valuations, and variations while improving gross profit margins and achieving financial targets.
Administration & Legal Compliance:
- Organize and document client and subcontractor meetings.
- Ensure all O&M documentation and certifications are complete.
- Address defects during liability periods and ensure timely issuance of certificates at job completion.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Extensive experience delivering fast-track, large-scale commercial fit-outs, with knowledge of building fabric and technical services.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, ensuring satisfaction at every project stage.
- A degree in a relevant field and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and Projects.
- Attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
