A leading global architectural and design practice, with a team of 300 staff based in London, is seeking an experienced Workplace Strategist to join its interiors team at Associate Director or Project Director level. This senior role focuses on the strategic and early design stages of complex workplace projects, working with high-profile clients across the corporate, banking, professional and legal sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping briefing, workplace strategy and design direction while leading teams and engaging directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead workplace strategy and early-stage interiors design (RIBA Stages 1–3)
- Develop client briefs, workplace narratives and spatial strategies
- Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring design quality and consistency
- Lead client meetings, workshops and design presentations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture and interiors
- Degree qualified in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in workplace / commercial interiors
- Proven experience within corporate, banking, professional or legal sectors
- Strong team leadership, presentation and client-facing skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
