An established international architecture and design practice is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its London-based team on a fixed-term contract. The role will support the delivery of marketing initiatives, events, communications, and digital content across the business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will play a key role in coordinating internal and external events, managing digital platforms, supporting communications, and maintaining marketing resources and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver internal and external events, including talks, exhibitions, conferences, networking events and client-facing functions.
- Manage the events and conference calendar, including registrations, attendance and logistical coordination.
- Coordinate speakers, materials, venues, event communications and post-event activity.
- Support the development of project case studies and marketing content.
- Maintain and organise the company image library and marketing assets, ensuring content is appropriately tagged and easily accessible.
- Coordinate award submissions, including drafting content, gathering project information, managing deadlines and overseeing submission schedules.
- Produce and distribute internal newsletters and communications.
- Coordinate website and intranet updates, working with external developers and internal stakeholders to maintain and improve digital platforms.
- Support the wider marketing team with content creation, imagery, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the marketing function.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within a marketing, communications or business development role within an Architecture or Interior Design practice.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating events, conferences and award submissions.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing structured content for awards, newsletters, websites and marketing materials.
- Good visual awareness and experience working with imagery, layouts and creative teams.
- Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, external consultants and suppliers.
- Experience managing website and intranet content through CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in architecture, design and the built environment.
