We are partnering with a highly respected, design-led consultancy in the commercial office fit-out sector to appoint a talented Workplace Consultant for their South London team. This business delivers a bespoke end-to-end service, rapidly developing a deep understanding of clients’ organisational needs before designing and delivering industry-leading workplace solutions. The Role
As a Workplace Consultant, you will partner with clients to develop and implement workplace strategies that align organisational goals with employee needs. You will provide expert insight across workplace trends, culture, space utilisation, and future ways of working, shaping flexible and efficient environments that enhance performance and employee experience. Alongside project delivery, you will build trusted client relationships and contribute to industry thought leadership through active networking and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client projects assessing workplace performance, culture, and employee experience
- Develop tailored workplace strategies aligned to business objectives and future ways of working
- Analyse space utilisation data, employee insights, and industry benchmarks to generate actionable recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and deliver clear, impactful presentations and reports to senior stakeholders
- Translate strategy into design briefs and accommodation strategies
- Integrate insights from architecture, technology, finance, psychology, ergonomics, and data analysis to create holistic solutions
- Align physical, cultural, and technological workplace roadmaps
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace strategies post-implementation
- Build long-term client partnerships through ongoing strategic advice
- Represent the business at industry and networking events, contributing to thought leadership
- Support workplace change and adoption initiatives where required
About You
- Experience in workplace strategy, management consulting, real estate advisory, organisational design, or within the commercial office fit-out sector
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Commercially aware and strategically minded
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- Knowledge of sustainability, wellbeing, and ESG considerations in workplace design
- Collaborative, innovative, and relationship-driven
- Proactive networker with enthusiasm for building industry presence
