We are looking for a versatile Mid/Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across digital, print, motion, and UX design. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life through innovative design while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and brand cohesion. Experience in build environment graphics is a bonus.
As a key player in the design team, you will take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that engage and inspire. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, balancing creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions.
In addition to hands-on design work, you will support the Head of Graphic Design by helping to oversee projects, provide guidance to junior team members, and ensure seamless creative continuity when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital & Print Design: Craft visually striking layouts, typography, infographics, and branded assets for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials—both static and animated.
- Motion Design: Elevate static visuals with dynamic motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
- UX Design: Optimize digital experiences by designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless functionality and accessibility.
- Print Production: Oversee artwork for large-format projects (wayfinding, signage, hoardings) and printed collateral (brochures, books, posters), liaising with vendors to ensure top-tier quality.
- Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers, uphold brand consistency, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate visual storytelling.
- Min. 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, and/or UX/UI design (degree preferred but not essential).
- Experience in build environment graphics is a bonus.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere), and UX/UI software (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX, motion, branding, digital design, animation, and user-centered design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills—able to present ideas clearly and work effectively across teams.
- Experience mentoring designers or stepping into a leadership role is a plus.
