Our client is a growing and successful commercial Design & Build company, delivering creative workplace and interior projects across the UK. They pride themselves on producing high-quality, design-led environments that enhance the way people work and collaborate.
They are now seeking an FF&E Delivery & Installation Co-ordinator to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic business that values initiative, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with suppliers and the internal project management team to plan and coordinate furniture deliveries
- Oversee and quality-check on-site furniture installations
- Manage delivery schedules, logistics, and installation teams
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Plan and manage client phasing and delivery sequencing
- Track and resolve snagging or post-installation issues with suppliers
- Provide excellent customer aftercare and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the FF&E Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Assist with furniture cost schedules, budgets, and procurement tracking
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiating where appropriate
- Prepare client-facing materials, including brochures, presentations, and pitch documentation
- Order and manage samples for client and design team review
- Proven on-site experience managing furniture installations (both large and small projects)
- Strong knowledge of furniture systems and installation processes
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident in managing multiple suppliers and contractors simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and measure from AutoCAD drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team
- Experience using Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of sustainability accreditations and sustainable FF&E sourcing
- Hybrid working – one day per week from home
