One of our key clients are seeking a driven and experienced International Business Development Manager to join their team. You can be based either in London or Amsterdam. You\’ll be responsible for driving new leads, nurturing lead sources, and generating a consistent pipeline of opportunities in the workplace sector. Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders, such as regional heads of Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, Procurement, as well as EA\’s, office managers, facility managers, market brokers, local project managers, and regional landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new leads from various in-market sources and ensure their conversion into quality opportunities.
- Accountable for generating a consistent pipeline by nurturing 3rd party lead sources.
- Utilise telesales and research resources to engage with end users and drive leads through the pipeline.
You\’ll be responsible for engaging with a wide and diverse client base to generate new business for the the company.
- Regional heads of Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, Procurement.
- Executive Assistants (EAs), Office Managers, Facility Managers.
- Market brokers, Local Project Managers, Regional Landlords.
Throughout your employment, you will be expected to consistently hit KPI\’s set, such as:
- Measure the value of deals handed over (in CHF) from defined lead sources to Project Directors.
- Track secured sales on transactions (in CHF won).
- Monitor the number of meetings attended.
The Successful Candidate:
- Possess 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated B2B selling experience in the Workplace sector.
- Strong existing network within the local Commercial Real Estate market.
- A good understanding of the current international market scene.
- Candidates can be from a Commercial Real Estate sector.
- Fluent in English. Dutch speaking will be a plus.
