The Opportunity

As International Project Director, you will lead the full lifecycle of office design and build projects — advising international clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring excellence across every stage. You'll play a pivotal role in translating vision into action, while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership – Lead the pitch, design, and delivery of premium office fit-outs valued between £1m–£5m+, with a strategic approach to winning and delivering work.
  • Client Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to international clients, expertly navigating cultural and operational complexities.
  • Team Coordination – Direct internal and external teams, including designers, contractors, and consultants, to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
  • Risk & Commercial Management – Oversee budgets, contracts, and project risk to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Representation – Represent our client at senior levels, building strong relationships with landlords, agents, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • 5+ years' experience in office design & build, with strong pre-construction and client-facing exposure
  • A proven track record in winning and delivering commercial fit-outs for blue-chip or multinational clients
