Position Overview:
Our Client is currently hiring for the position of Head of Workplace Strategy responsible for leading workplace strategy initiatives across the UK. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that optimize workplace experience, space utilization, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, interior design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading successful workplace strategy projects, from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in workplace assessment tools, space planning software, and project management platforms.
