This role is for a Bid Coordinator who genuinely cares about the quality of what goes out the door. You’ll be responsible for shaping bid and pitch submissions that don’t just look good, but actually help win work. That means understanding the story behind each project, working closely with designers, and producing documents that feel considered, confident and tailored — not templated.
Most of the work sits firmly within the workplace design & build world. If you already know the sector, great. If you don’t, you’ll need to be genuinely exceptional — fast-learning, design-literate and comfortable operating at a high standard from day one. Projects span the UK, Europe and Dubai, so attention to detail, cultural awareness and professionalism are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating high-quality bid and pitch documents from start to finish
- Working closely with designers and bid leads to develop clear, compelling proposal narratives
- Translating design thinking into strong layouts, visuals and presentations
- Taking ownership of your work — accuracy, consistency and polish matter here
- Improving how bids look and feel, not just producing what’s asked
- Supporting wider marketing activity when needed (presentations, credentials, internal material)
- Juggling multiple live bids and deadlines without losing quality
What They’re Looking For:
This is ideally a mid-weight Bid Coordinator, but the door is open to strong juniors who show real promise and ambition. You’ll likely have:
- Experience working on bids or pitches within design & build, architecture, interiors or a related sector
- Strong skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint
- A good understanding of how print and digital documents are put together properly
- An eye for detail and a dislike of sloppy work
- The confidence to contribute ideas, not just follow templates
- The ability to stay calm and organised when deadlines tighten
Just as important is attitude. This team values people who:
- Take pride in what they produce
- Work well with others and communicate clearly
- Are open to feedback and want to keep improving
- Understand that great bids are a team effort
Why This Role?
You’ll be joining a genuinely design-led business where bids are taken seriously, not treated as an afterthought. The standard is high, but so is the support. Good work is noticed, collaboration is real, and there’s room to grow if you’re willing to put the effort in. If you’re looking for a role where you can sharpen your craft, work on international projects and be part of a team that actually cares about quality — this one’s worth a look.
