Opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Designer / Project Manager to join a dynamic interior design team. This is a key role, offering high-level responsibility representing the company to clients and external collaborators, while contributing directly to the creative and technical development of large-scale interior design projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creative Design Leadership
    • Shape and guide the creative vision for diverse high-end interior projects (hotels, F&B, spas, etc.)
    • Lead design research and material development during concept phases
    • Collaborate with FF&E specialists to establish cohesive material palettes
    • Produce and contribute to compelling presentation documents and mood boards
    • Champion consistency in design standards throughout project stages
  • Project Management
    • Manage projects from concept through to completion across all design phases
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
    • Represent the studio in presentations and on-site meetings
    • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team efficiency
    • Support pitch development and contribute to new business efforts
    • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing team environment
  • Technical & Documentation Oversight
    • Oversee the preparation of design and construction documentation
    • Ensure close collaboration between interior design and FF&E teams
    • Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
    • Maintain project management standards and documentation

Experience & Knowledge

  • 6+ years’ experience in interior design and design-led project management
  • Extensive portfolio in high-end hospitality, F&B, spas, and hotel projects
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and interior detailing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire design teams

Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
  • Strong in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp
  • Strong freehand sketching skills
  • Experience with Revit, Rhino, or 3ds Max is a plus
