We're looking for a driven, confident and commercially minded Business Development Researcher / Caller to join an exciting business within the office design and build sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in telesales, sales, lead generation or business development who enjoys picking up the phone, building connections and opening doors to new business.
Experience in commercial property, real estate or office interiors would be a real advantage, but the right attitude, confidence and communication skills are just as important.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively cold calling businesses to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Researching target companies, key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Building relationships across the commercial property and corporate real estate sectors.
- Generating qualified leads and booking meetings for the business development team.
- Identifying companies planning office moves, refurbishments or workplace transformations.
- Maintaining prospect databases and keeping CRM records up to date.
- Helping grow the sales pipeline and create new business opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, lead generation or a sales-focused role.
- A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
- A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential clients.
- An interest in commercial property, real estate, workplace interiors or design and build.
