We are working with a leading, design-led workplace consultancy and fit-out specialist based in London Bridge. Established in the early 1990s, the studio has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative, human-centric workplaces for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients. Combining strategy, design, and delivery, the business offers a fully integrated service including workplace consultancy, interior design, technical design, and construction. Their projects are known for pushing boundaries—creating environments that enhance productivity, collaboration, and overall user experience. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support their technical and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the production, coordination, and management of BIM models and technical information across workplace fit-out projects.
  • Working closely with design, technical, and project delivery teams, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models (primarily using Revit) across multiple projects.
  • Produce and review detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
  • Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are maintained across projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design and technical clashes.
  • Support project teams with model audits, clash detection, and data validation.
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.
  • Manage project information in line with ISO and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members where required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a BIM / Revit-based role within workplace, commercial interiors, or fit-out.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).
  • Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows.
  • Experience producing detailed technical drawing packages.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and common data environments (desirable).
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, design-led environment.
