Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create high-quality images for interior workplace fit-out projects.
- Develop captivating 3D animations.
- Craft immersive 360-degree images.
- Deliver top-notch visuals within tight deadlines.
- Translate CAD/Revit drawings into intricate 3D models.
- Understanding/experience in the Design & Build industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with architectural/interior design processes, with a preference for office interiors.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on colour, lighting, composition, and design.
- Proactive, organized, and adept at managing time to meet project deadlines.
- VR experience is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Hold a degree in a related field.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona is a must.
- Expertise in Photoshop for post-production enhancement.
- Knowledge of importing Revit/SKP models into 3DS Max.
- Ability to create 3D models from drawings.
- Familiarity with plugins such as Forestpack.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
