As our Transformation Manager, you’ll play a leading role on Jaja’s Operations Transformation agenda—managing a portfolio of strategic change initiatives that will reshape how we serve customers and operate behind the scenes. Reporting to the Head of Ops Transformation, you’ll drive high-impact projects across multiple operational areas, from digital customer journeys to back-office automation. You’ll also champion transformation best practices, ensuring change is delivered smoothly and successfully—while creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes—aligning change projects with Jaja’s strategic priorities.
- Manage the Operations Transformation portfolio—ensuring effective prioritisation, resourcing, and progress tracking.
- Build and embed transformation frameworks, methodologies, and governance across the business.
- Drive organisational change—including readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, and training to support smooth adoption.
- Deliver business-critical change programmes in collaboration with Technology, Product, Operations, HR and external partners.
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor success, measure benefits realisation, and continuously improve.
- Influence senior leaders and drive decision-making across multiple departments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of consumer lending, credit cards, banking, or fintech operations.
- Track record of delivering complex change portfolios with measurable results.
- Skilled in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, PRINCE2, MSP) and portfolio management frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable working at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
