About The Role
As Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role within Jaja’s People function, driving our talent strategy, partnering with leaders to attract, hire and
retain exceptional people who will shape Jaja’s future.
You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of business areas, from early careers to specialist hires and leadership roles, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout. You’ll also lead on talent-related projects such as Internships, supporting wider people initiatives across employer branding, diversity & inclusion, onboarding and workforce planning.
You’ll have the opportunity to coach and train people managers in all things Talent to drive people leadership capability.
This is a true hands-on, full-cycle talent role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment scope to shape the role and progress —perfect for someone who enjoys building great relationships and variety.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all business areas—from initial brief to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and provide guidance on hiring strategy, job design, and market insights.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via direct sourcing, referrals, events, and talent pipelines.
  • Company lead on the candidate experience—ensuring every interaction reflects Jaja’s values and builds advocacy.
  • Using trusted tools such as LinkedIn recruiter to promote opportunities in the market and find great talent
  • Lead recruitment reporting and analytics, providing data and insight to drive decision making.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where necessary.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of people projects such as onboarding, early careers programmes, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to improve talent acquisition processes and tools.
  • Collaborate closely withother business functions & their Leadership teams to support wider people goals.

About You
We’re
seeking someone who will Go For It! Own end to end processes and make talent acquisition their own!
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and meet the following criteria:
Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience hiring across a range of disciplines—e.g. operations, technology, commercial, and corporate functions.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Demonstrable experience of enhancing recruitment processes to achieve an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Knowledge of employer branding and diversity & inclusion best practices.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and at pace.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Desired

  • Experience working within a high-growth Fintech business.
  • Passion for coaching managers to upskill them with Talent-related competencies
  • Prior experience using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean Searches).
