We're scaling quickly, and there's a lot of exciting change happening across the business. Own credit strategies for existing customer management – optimising credit limit increase/decrease strategies, balance transfers activities, supporting re-pricing activity. Shape our monitoring frameworks – design scalable, smart solutions for reviewing portfolio quality and strategy impacts. Provide analytical recommendations, support governance and implementation of strategy changes. Partner effectively with Commercial, Collections, Tech, Finance, and Reg teams to deliver investor returns as well as an exceptional customer experience in line with all regulatory frameworks. Communicate with impact – create clear stories, anticipate questions, and make data land. Spot opportunities – find new ways data can improve customer outcomes or business performance and liaise with external partnerships to carry out Proof of Concept exercises. A degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Computer Science 3+ years in data/analytics (lending, risk, or fintech a big plus). Experience using SQL or Python to extract and manipulate data The ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively. The ability to interact and work alongside key stakeholders at all levels across the business with attention to expectation management. Desired: Credit card or consumer finance experience strongly preferred Experience developing or analysing lending, credit risk, pricing or existing customer strategies is advantageous.
