We're looking for a CRM Specialist who can build complex, crossâchannel customer journeys and support the wider business through highâimpact lifecycle marketing. You'll work closely with Data Ops, Engineering, and the Lifecycle team to ensure our CRM activity is powered by the right data, aligned to business KPIs, and deployed efficiently in Braze. This is a fastâpaced, reactive role where you'll play a key part in delivering customerâfocused, dataâdriven campaigns.
We expect you to be available 3 days per week onâsite at our London office (47â51 Great Suffolk St, London SE1 0BS). Please only apply if you can meet this requirement.
Responsibilities- Managing and building complex, crossâchannel customer journeys using segmentation, Liquid code, webhooks, and multiple communication channels.
- Building complex customer segments using SQLâbased logic, including AND/OR conditions and detailed inclusion criteria.
- Participating in meetings with Data Ops and Engineering teams to ensure the right events and attributes are ingested to support sophisticated customer journeys.
- Working closely with the Lifecycle team to translate defined customer problems into effective solutions within Braze.
- Studying business KPIs to ensure the correct data points are ingested into Braze and aligned to overall business objectives.
- Educating the wider business on Braze's features and capabilities to address key pain points.
- Supporting the wider business by delivering campaigns aligned with urgent regulatory updates.
- Operating effectively in a fastâpaced, reactive environment.
- CRM experience
- Experience with Braze strongly preferred
- Proven track record of planning, building, and deploying largeâscale lifecycle campaigns
- Background in marketing automation
- Skills in data analysis and customer segmentation
- Entryâlevel SQL skills
- Experience understanding HTML
- Experience writing Liquid code and using JavaScript for dynamic content selection (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM
- Strong handsâon approach, leading by example and delivering work as needed
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
- Comfortable communicating in a direct, clear, and respectful manner
- Selfâmotivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
