- Promote a test-and-learn approach, constantly challenging existing strategies and processes to find better outcomes.
- Providing the business with data-based insight and recommendations for changes and improvements, and see those all the way through to implementation on a wide range of things including: limit management, balance transfers, promotional campaigns, and general portfolio management.
- Utilise big data across multiple sources to enhance our relationships with our customers.
- Deeply analyse portfolio performance trends to ensure portfolio health is maintained when executing these strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams like Tech / DataOps / Commercial / Finance / Customer Service / Collections to ensure smooth delivery of strategies and correct outcomes’ forecast.
- Proactively identify gaps and potential risks in processes to maintain consistent adherence to high-quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience in an analytical role; Lending or Risk experience is a plus, Credit Card experience a big plus.
- Extensive experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, Python is a plus.
- Strong coding skills, and knowledge of databases including MySQL and AWS desirable.
