Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and inspire children aged 3-5 years.
The ideal candidate will create a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, fostering the children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through play-based and structured activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that adheres to early childhood education standards.
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures to maintain order among students.
- Observe and evaluate children's performance, development, and behavior.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress and development.
- Organize and supervise meal and rest periods, and indoor/outdoor play.
- Manage a tidy, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (E. C. C. Ed. or B. Ed. preferred).
- Any Bachelor's degree completed with a certification in Montessori/Pre-Primary training.
- For candidates with over 3 years of direct teaching experience, educational qualifications may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Skill & Experience
- You have at least 1 year’s experience working as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Proficiency in creating learning materials and managing classroom activities.
