The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 Β£ per year.

Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across multiple asset classes.

Investigate and resolve trade, settlement, and cash breaks with internal teams and external counterparties.

Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocation, settlement, and exception management.

Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Finance, Operations, Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.

Monitor settlement activity, corporate actions, margin movements, and financing events.

Assist with portfolio and NAV reconciliations and support daily operational controls.

Identify process improvement opportunities and help automate manual operational workflows.

Support new account onboarding, product launches, and operational projects across the trading platform.

Ensure operational risks are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.

Required Experience:

  • 0–9 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or investment operations within an asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank.
  • Strong trade reconciliation and break resolution experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple asset classes, including equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, or listed products.
  • Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and operational controls.
  • Experience working with Prime Brokers, custodians, fund administrators, or outsourced middle office providers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with OMS/PMS platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment.
