Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across multiple asset classes.
  • Investigate and resolve trade, settlement, and cash breaks with internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocation, settlement, and exception management.
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Finance, Operations, Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
  • Monitor settlement activity, corporate actions, margin movements, and financing events.
  • Assist with portfolio and NAV reconciliations and support daily operational controls.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help automate manual operational workflows.
  • Support new account onboarding, product launches, and operational projects across the trading platform.
  • Ensure operational risks are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.

Required Experience

  • 0–9 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or investment operations within an asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank.
  • Strong trade reconciliation and break resolution experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple asset classes, including equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, or listed products.
  • Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and operational controls.
  • Experience working with Prime Brokers, custodians, fund administrators, or outsourced middle office providers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with OMS/PMS platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment.
