The focus of this role is to develop and implement marketing and fundraising strategies that drive public donations (one-off, regular, major, and corporate), ensure donor stewardship, and support donor retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing Jai to Ministry of Sound Group partners.
- Managing communications with The Ministry members, event partners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining the website and blog.
- Managing the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy to support all fundraising channels (one-off, regular, major, corporate, and legacy).
- Collaborate and support the agencies delivering our public campaigns and the Regular Giving (RG) initiative.
- Support the growth of major and legacy donations through targeted outreach and relationship building, with personalised communications for key donors.
- Drive donor acquisition and retention by implementing effective stewardship and communication strategies.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with major donors through tailored, impactful outreach.
- Lead the Sponsor A Dog initiative, providing quarterly updates to donors.
Marketing, Communications & Partnerships:
- Serve as a representative of Jai Dog Rescue in partnership with Ministry of Sound Group entities and external collaborators.
- Develop communications and updates for The Ministry members in partnership with sister company, The Ministry marketing team.
- Support The Ministry events and partnerships, representing Jai as a key ambassador for relevant events.
- Produce engaging digital content and manage communications to enhance awareness and generate donations.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date donor information.
- Oversee website updates and blog management, with proficiency in WordPress and a solid understanding of SEO (desirable).
- Execute fundraising campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels, collaborating closely with our agencies.
- Enhance Jai's presence on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google paid search (experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and paid search is advantageous).
- Maintain consistent engagement with donors across social media platforms.
