We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of UK employment laws and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and contracts in line with UK regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and performance processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and HR systems.
  • Support leadership with workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources within the UK, with strong knowledge of UK employment laws, labour regulations, and statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management (or equivalent) will be highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
