At JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you will help coordinate production, shipping, and scheduling across international markets to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery of electric vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of production scheduling and international shipping plans to meet customer and business requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, supporting performance, development and day‑to‑day priorities.
- Create and maintain transport and shipping plans, ensuring stock levels and delivery targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align demand, production and logistics strategies.
- Ensure accurate data and process adherence across systems such as SAP and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Experience in international shipping, logistics or scheduling within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Understanding of customs requirements and global shipping regulations.
- Confidence in using SAP, Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience leading or supporting teams, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement approaches.
