Step into a key role within our Global Digital Delivery (GDD) team in Manchester, where you will help shape the future of our industry-leading mobile applications. You will collaborate with designers, developers and commercial teams to bring modern luxury to life across digital touchpoints, crafting intuitive, beautifully considered experiences for customers around the world. In this highly creative and fast-moving environment, you will help define the UX and UI direction of our mobile products, contribute to an evolving multi-brand design system, and turn complex challenges into elegant, user-centred solutions. Responsibilities
- Own, define and deliver UX and UI direction aligned to the product's experience vision
- Develop and follow robust design processes, flows and best-practice methodologies
- Build, maintain and evolve multi-brand design systems, style guides and interaction patterns
- Translate product requirements into clearly defined design requirements and deliverables
- Create high-quality UI assets, visual designs, animations and component system elements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design output with development plans
- Support design sign-offs and champion design visibility across the wider business
You will bring an expert eye for modern luxury digital design, backed by strong UX principles and hands-on experience delivering polished mobile app experiences for both iOS and Android. You will be proactive, collaborative and confident working in an agile, multi-disciplinary environment, with the communication skills needed to influence stakeholders and champion great design.
Experience
- Experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and outcomes
- Expert in Figma and familiar with building and governing design systems
- Highly skilled in UI design for mobile apps, including cross-platform consistency
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user flows, wireframes and prototyping
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting and defending design decisions
- Experience collaborating with product owners, developers and wider project teams
