What will you be doing?
As a Paint & Polish Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless finish and presentation of our vehicles. Your core responsibilities include:
- Supporting the paint and polish processes for high-specification luxury vehicles.
- Maintaining adherence to all standard operating policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Working flexibly across various shift patterns to meet business and customer demands.
- Developing in-depth product and system knowledge to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Identifying and immediately reporting any health, safety, or environmental concerns.
- Taking on additional duties as directed by your line manager to ensure operational success.
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- The ability to work effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A self-motivated attitude. While experience as a Paint Sprayer or Polisher is preferred, it is not mandatory; we welcome applications from those ready to take on a new challenge in automotive manufacturing.
