This is an exciting opportunity to join JLR’s brand-new Salesforce Centre of Excellence as a Marketing Cloud Technical Architect. As part of this pioneering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Salesforce capabilities—particularly Marketing Cloud—are defined, implemented, and scaled across the business. WHAT TO EXPECT

- Lead technical strategy and discussions around Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and influence solution design
- Present and advise on Marketing Cloud architecture, integration, and security
- Support the development and evolution of JLR’s Salesforce Reference Architecture
- Identify opportunities for innovation and platform optimisation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Proven experience with Marketing Cloud tools such as AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and Einstein
- Salesforce.com certification or equivalent experience, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Strong understanding of integrated Salesforce environments (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and/or B2C Commerce Cloud)
- Ability to troubleshoot, support, and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
- Methodical approach to complex tasks with a strategic, business-aligned vision
