Join our Engineering Business Excellence team—a central hub that connects every corner of our Engineering Functions. WHAT TO EXPECT
A varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance data-driven solutions
- Translate business needs into scalable, web-based tools using SQL and web technologies
- Identify when Excel-based tools need to evolve into enterprise-grade systems
- Take full ownership of your solutions, from concept to delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, HR, and IT
- See your work in action—used daily by thousands across the business
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A strong foundation in data and web technologies, with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database systems
- Experience with web-based development technologies, primarily C# MVC
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and support both users and team members
