WHAT TO EXPECT
A leadership role managing complex software delivery across global teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives
- Act as the key liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress against KPIs and programme milestones, ensuring clear communication

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A strong technical foundation, Agile mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
- Proven experience delivering complex software programmes in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Deep understanding of software development processes and quality standards
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to coach teams to self-organise and maintain consistent delivery velocity
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
