Powertrain Production Operations delivers JLR’s next‑generation propulsion systems.
Based at EPMC, this role supports the development and execution of MP&L strategies, ensuring efficient operations and seamless programme launches.

- Develop and optimise material flow and logistics strategies.
- Support programme delivery to ensure smooth operations and flawless launches.
- Use Bo M tools (Plan for Every Part) to design effective solutions.
- Implement and improve linefeed and end‑to‑end material flow systems.
- Deliver value stream improvements balancing cost, inventory, and space.
- Support automation and system implementation across material flow processes.
