As a TEM Architect, you will play a central role in designing and optimising how energy flows through next-generation vehicles. You will combine modelling, simulation and engineering insight to unlock efficiency gains, improve performance, and support the transition to electrified transport. - Leading system-level modelling and simulation activities using tools such as MATLAB, Simulink and GT-SUITE

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you will need to succeed here, including:
- Bringing experience in thermal energy management and vehicle efficiency, ideally within EV or hybrid systems
- Applying strong system modelling and simulation expertise using MATLAB, Simulink or similar tools
- Demonstrating knowledge of powertrain, climate systems or heat management within automotive engineering
- Holding a degree or advanced qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, with a research-focused background advantageous
- Showing a collaborative mindset, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical solutions
