As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely flow of parts from global suppliers to Solihull Operations and its extended warehouse operations, ensuring material delivery is to schedule, on time and in full. The opportunity will suit someone who can demonstrate experience of supply chain management combined with analytical and statistical abilities along with effective, solutions focused stakeholder engagement.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Maintain CMMS schedule accuracy aligned with business and supply needs
  • Manage inventory within budget and ensure stock accuracy
  • Escalate and mitigate supply risks to avoid business impact
  • Drive supplier performance and recovery actions during shortages
  • Lead supply tracking, issue management, and reporting (e.g. REDS calls)
  • Support lifecycle activities: part changes, obsolescence, and cross-team coverage

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • You’ll have supply chain management experience
  • Experience analysing, producing and interpreting complex reports of a statistical nature using Excel
  • Project Management and Process Improvement knowledge (not necessarily to a qualified level)
  • Able to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment
  • Experience of CMMS is advantageous
