Overview
JLR’s Services Strategy Analyst role supports the Customer Experience team in shaping connected and electrified services.
The role uncovers insights, explores emerging opportunities and influences strategic decisions that support the vision of Modern Luxury.
Location: Gaydon. This part‑time role (23 hours per week) is typically Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday, with a minimum of two on‑site days per week.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends, disruptions and emerging signals to generate insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
- Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis across the automotive, mobility and digital services landscape.
- Develop and validate new service concepts, supporting the assessment of future growth opportunities and commercial value.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver benchmarking activities, workshops and strategic initiatives.
- Create compelling presentations and recommendations that communicate complex topics with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in research, discovery, market analysis or strategy‑related work.
- Structured analytical thinking to solve complex, data‑driven problems and identify key opportunities.
- Relationship‑building and influencing skills across different teams and levels.
- Clear communication of complex information through written reports, presentations and discussions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel, with experience in analysing and presenting insights.
- Experience within the automotive, mobility, digital services or market research sectors is advantageous.
