WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting the wider team through a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Lead the delivery and performance of the ADAS triage squad, ensuring high-quality product outcomes.
  • Own and maintain the short-, medium- and long-term product roadmap, adjusting priorities with stakeholders using Agile ways of working.
  • Present and secure agreement on quarterly development proposals with senior leaders across the business.
  • Manage suppliers on planning, risk, delivery reporting and programme-level updates for senior forums.
  • Drive the resolution of technical conflicts and defects, ensuring solutions meet product targets and system requirements.
  • Communicate priorities, timelines and acceptance criteria clearly, while maintaining accurate defect dashboards, KPIs and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate across product groups and Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement and acting as a key contact for technical discussions and milestone delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

To thrive in this role, you will bring a solid background, relevant certifications, and the following key skills:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working with Autosar and POSIX platforms in a technical engineering environment.
  • Background in Product Management, Product Development, Product Ownership or engineering delivery roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record delivering software using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
  • Experience in software development or acting as a technical lead within complex engineering programmes.
  • Strong capability in managing and resolving system and software issues, alongside supplier management, project planning, risk assessment and senior-level reporting.
