You’ll be working within Bespoke Operations, a team responsible for delivering bespoke vehicle programmes and managing the specialist content fitted to those vehicles. The role will involve coordinating the ordering and timely delivery of bespoke parts, helping to ensure vehicle builds stay on track and are delivered to customers as planned.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:
- Ensure Bespoke content is ordered on time to meet build commitments.
- Direct order of parts through supply base via closed orders in SAP with the use of Excel order forms and recording data in Excel and Google trackers.
- Ensure Bespoke content is ordered accurately against customer requirements. Attention to detail with accuracy and meticulous attention to information received from multiple sources including Salesforce and eTracker essential.
- Maintenance of Bespoke trackers and administration.
- Collaboration with the wider team and other stakeholders, including suppliers with clear communication on change management and accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Key stakeholder to escalated supply or delivery issues to Bespoke supervisors. Robust auditable escalation process to be adhered to for any issues that affect supply or delivery for Bespoke vehicles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in product tracking systems i.e VISTA, Sharepoint.
- Supply chain and logistics systems for tracking of parts delivery.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
