Our Parts, Accessories & Services Growth Director will define and drive the commercial evolution of our global Aftermarket & Services business at a pivotal time of transformation for JLR. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Experience Officer, this role offers the opportunity to drive a cohesive global growth strategy across Parts, Accessories, and Services, placing the customer firmly at the centre of our proposition.
The Role – Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for the global Aftermarket & Services business, driving revenue growth, EBIT performance, and overall commercial success.
- Define and deliver the global growth strategy for Parts & Accessories, including revenue models, market expansion opportunities, sales and distribution channels, and pricing and margin optimisation.
- Lead cross‑functional alignment to deliver a cohesive global proposition, working with Brand teams to integrate accessory plans, volumes and take rates into a unified strategy, identifying gaps and opportunities to achieve targets.
- Shape the future customer offering and delivery model, partnering across functions to define the optimal approach for Accessories and Services that drives commercial outcomes.
- Own the integrated planning cycle for Aftermarket & Services, aligning closely with Services strategies and ensuring a joined‑up, end‑to‑end approach.
- Drive innovation in customer‑centric products and propositions, including bundled offerings, to enhance loyalty, lifetime value and penetration across the global car parc.
- Lead financial planning and performance management, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and scaling the business effectively during periods of growth.
- Leverage market, customer and performance analytics to inform decision‑making and continuously optimise strategy and execution.
- Develop and execute mid‑ to long‑term (3–5 year) growth and organisational strategies, including capability and talent planning across Aftermarket & Services.
- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility, readiness and on‑time delivery of products and propositions.
- Align global and regional execution, working with Regional Growth Leads to tailor strategies to market dynamics while building capability and ensuring consistent delivery.
- Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading and inspiring high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need – Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in commercial leadership roles within automotive and/or luxury retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of Aftermarket & Services business models, pricing strategies and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience in P&L ownership and delivering EBIT growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capability.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result.
