As a UX Researcher, you’ll help define how customers interact with a next‑generation mobile platform used to purchase, track and manage their vehicles. You’ll turn insight into impact, influencing product direction while crafting your skills alongside talented designers, engineers and product teams.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to evaluate features and uncover insight
  • Analysing research findings and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations for design and development teams
