The Logistics Strategy Development Lead plays a critical role in driving operational performance, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across the Plant MP&L Technology. This position is responsible for governing key business processes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the effective deployment of strategic initiatives. Through structured planning, robust governance and strong stakeholder engagement, the Logistics Strategy Development Lead supports the organisation in achieving its annual business objectives and long-term strategic goals.

- Oversee MP&L operations to ensure processes run effectively and align with strategic objectives
- Implement strategic plans by working cross-functionally and maintaining strong service levels across the team
- Lead MP&L technology governance to ensure systems and reviews align with business priorities
- Manage the annual project portfolio, ensuring visibility, prioritisation and informed decision making
- Develop and maintain MP&L technology annual objectives (Hoshin Kanri) to support annual business planning and standardisation
- Drive performance frameworks by creating scorecards, strengthening accountability and improving visibility across MP&L
- Lead communication, events and resource planning
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Business planning & strategic mindset with strong understanding of manufacturing MP&L
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Cross-functional collaboration with proven teamwork across departments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior level engagement
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Project & PMO experience with knowledge of key business systems, quality tools and processes
