You’ll collaborate with other expert technicians and leaders in skilled roles, who lend their insight to help realise our vision of modern luxury. This role will maintain, operate and optimise the Rivet process. In addition, this role adheres to standardised work processes, proactively engages in improvement activities and contributes to the achievement of the team as well as being responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for themselves and others.

What to Expect

  • Support the efficient delivery of production operations by driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring all processes align with company standards and performance targets.
  • Support the operational team in achieving production targets while meeting key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment.
  • Manage and optimise the riveting process to maintain a near fault‑free production standard.
  • Contribute to Integrated Production System and quality operating standards to ensure consistent manufacturing excellence.
  • Actively suggest and support continuous improvement ideas within the work group.
  • Take responsibility for personal and team health and safety, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Maintain high‑quality standards in all work and promptly raise and resolve issues to resolve problems effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain 5S standards, supporting an orderly and efficient working environment.

What You’ll Need

  • A detail‑oriented and safety‑focused professional capable of working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments, with the skills, qualifications, and adaptability required to contribute effectively to team and operational success.
  • Ability to accurately follow detailed working instructions to ensure consistent and safe task completion.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high‑quality standards and minimise errors.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in meeting and supporting safety performance metrics.
  • Able to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure production environments.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and targets.
  • Flexible and agile in adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Holds a relevant Engineering qualification, such as a Government Approved Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, or Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals, or National Diploma).
