In this role, you’ll be part of the driving force behind JLR’s success. You’ll help steer operational excellence across corporate teams, from governance to talent, and contribute to shaping the future of modern luxury through our House of Brands. This is a global role focused on creating exceptional products. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application, as this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

What to expect

You’ll be part of a team that blends creativity, technical expertise and global collaboration. You’ll work closely with designers, suppliers and partners to ensure every product meets our standards for quality, compliance and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting apparel development by applying technical garment knowledge to model fits, construction details and specification updates
  • Coordinating product data across materials, dimensions and origins to enable seamless global trading
  • Managing testing and compliance including certificates of conformity, safety documentation and manufacturing assessments
  • Auditing supplier quality by cataloguing and maintaining gold seal samples and ensuring consistency across production
  • Collaborating with marketing to support product needs for photography and film within the LMM process

What you’ll need

  • Garment technology expertise across construction, materials and production processes
  • Product development experience in apparel and hard goods
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the consumer retail sector
  • Knowledge of global compliance and testing requirements
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to motivate and support suppliers
