In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. You will be working alongside incredible technicians and leaders to drive our commitment to shape a future we truly believe in, together. WHAT TO EXPECT

The department is responsible for maintaining site operations and developing the site infrastructure across the EPMC. The department covers a wide range of responsibilities from managing the provision of utility services and management of key service providers on site as well as the day‑to‑day maintenance and safe operation of the site and facilities.

  • Work with first‑tier contractors to ensure site metrics and deliverables for facilities and environmental are met.
  • Support all defect reporting for site and snagging of issues for all areas and projects.
  • Work with Maintenance teams to define and build site spares stocks and ensure budget control.
  • Raise SAP and IESA orders following them through the approval process to the point of delivery.
  • Help to build database of all procedures linked to site services, technical services education, training and other activities which support the development of personal skills and promote lifelong learning.
