In this role, you’ll help steer operational excellence across our corporate teams, from governance to talent – at the epicentre of the business. Your contributions will transform our iconic brands and shape the future of modern luxury. You will drive the shift towards more modern, digitally enabled ways of working across Finance. By combining data, analytics, automation and emerging AI capabilities, you’ll support the move away from traditional processes towards more connected, forward‑looking and insight‑led planning. Sitting at the intersection of Finance, data and technology, you will lead initiatives that improve how planning and forecasting are delivered across a complex global business. This will include introducing new capabilities and embedding intelligent, automated processes that enable faster, more informed decision making. You’ll also play an important role in identifying and testing new approaches to continually enhance how Finance adds value. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to building capability within the team, ensuring the function is well positioned to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Finance leadership to shape and deliver the future vision for planning, forecasting and decision support across the business.
  • Lead the design and implementation of modern planning capabilities, including scenario modelling, automation and advanced analytics to enhance insight and agility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions across planning systems, data platforms and analytics environments.
  • Own and prioritise a portfolio of Finance transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery is aligned to strategic objectives and drives measurable business value.
  • Identify, explore and pilot new capabilities, including AI‑driven and agentic use cases, to reduce manual processes and enhance decision support.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, building capability across financial planning, data, analytics and digital technologies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed new processes and ways of working, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting or performance management within a complex organisational environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering Finance transformation initiatives, including systems implementation, process improvement or data‑led programmes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions across planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM or similar) and digital platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and successfully driving change across complex, fast‑paced organisations.
  • Well‑developed project management capability, including planning, prioritisation and overseeing delivery to achieve business outcomes.
  • Good understanding of modern data, analytics, automation and AI technologies, and how they can be applied within a Finance function.
