The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern of early, late and night shifts. In the Manufacturing team at the Battery Assembly Centre (BAC) you will help power iconic electric cars by working alongside technicians and leaders to shape a future we truly believe in.

What to Expect

  • Program and optimise laser welding processes.
  • Reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot faults and deliver permanent fixes.
  • Support maintenance, documentation and reliability.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams.

What You'll Need

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience with battery or micro TIG welding.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of weld monitoring and process control.
